Estimates & Pricing

All quotes provided through our online platform or via initial phone consultations are strictly estimates based on the information provided. Final binding pricing is confirmed only after a professional on-site visit and assessment of the scope of work.

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. However, as we commit specific teams and resources to your transition, cancellations made within 48 hours of a booked service may incur a service fee to cover administrative and labor costs.

Liability & Insurance

Serene Way Services Inc. is a fully licensed and insured operation. We carry Commercial General Liability insurance and maintain active WorkSafeBC coverage for all team members. While we take every precaution with your treasures, our liability is limited to the terms of our active insurance policies.
